Marta Amusátegui Vergara

Supervisory Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Electrotechnics from ICAI and a Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD. Marta developed a large portion of her professional career in international investment banking and was General Manager and Country Executive Officer of Bank of America in Spain until 2008, where she was responsible for Corporate and Investment Banking in the Iberian Peninsula. Previously, she worked as Executive Director at Lehman Brothers in London as head of the Iberian Coverage Team specializing in the energy sector. As Executive Director of UBS Warburg in London she oversaw the Energy Team for Southern Europe within the Corporate and Investment Bank.
